Magazeen - Magazine Style Wordpress Theme is another nice addition to the family magazine theme lovers. It is quite different in it’s presentation from the typycal “Magazine Style” Wordpress Themes. Usually the common Magazine style theme only deals with Thumbnails and post excerpts on the home page with limited length on the left column. Magazeen - Magazine like Wordpress theme keeps the regular format of wordpress blog and adds “magazine like” features on 3 sides. The best part is the presentation of the thumbnails at the header with rotating headings. The lest sidebar is probably a modification of idea originally produced in the “Options” magazine theme. But the implemention is great. On the home page you also have multi column display of various posts with thumbnails - this time not the full post but only excerpts. The theme also got a footer section that you can configure.

“The first thing you might notice is the jQuery image showcase at the top, which is fully automated and will display the image from the latest post, and the title above it without you having to do anything other than define the image URL in the custom field we have created which will appear on in your admin post area.” - reported by the theme author.

Best of the Theme: Theme Option, Free, Easy to Customize, Auto Thumbnail Generation, wordpress 2.7 compatible, support  available.
Only drawback: Looks more like a better version of blog to common people like me who has a typical mind set for “Magazine Style” really!
