"I have had a dedicated IP for years. Suddenly another domain name has appeared on my IP (using whois reverse IP lookup). The domain was redirecting to my site until I set up a 301 on my server in an effort to resolve canonical issues. I don't know how the domain name appeared to begin with, since I am paying for a dedicated IP. "
